Professional development

Here at BB&E, the professional development of our employees is always a top priority.  BB&E encourages the registration and membership in professional societies and grants leave with pay for our employees to take State Board of Registration exams, reimbursing any required registration fee.  BB&E also pays membership fees, annual dues, and meeting fees for one professional society or organization per employee each year.  In addition to formal professional membership, BB&E promotes employee growth with an internal Mentorship Program, pairing any employee who wishes to participate with a Mentor to help navigate our internal corporate processes, as well as develop broader professional skills.  Tuition Reimbursement is also available to any employee with aspirations of obtaining a professional degree that relates to his or her profession.  Brown bag lunches with timely topics relating to the business or current projects and initiatives are also a frequent offering at BB&E.
