BB&E was awarded a small business, Blanket Purchase Agreement, to provide technical and programmatic Environmental Support Services to the Department of the Interior (DOI) including the Office of Restoration and Damage Assessment (ORDA), the Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance (OEPC), and the bureaus within the DOI at various nationwide locations.

The ORDA and the OEPC serve as leaders in conservation stewardship and the sustainable development and use of DOI managed resources for the benefit of the public. They are responsible for providing environmental policy guidance to bureaus within the DOI and are responsible for overseeing the funds for cleanup and restoration of highly contaminated sites located within national parks, national wildlife refuges, and other Department managed lands, for assessing and restoring injured Departmental managed resources, and for providing training and support for oil spill response activities.
