Exciting Leadership Updates at BB&E
In line with our strategic transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), we are thrilled to announce the addition of three distinguished professionals to our Board of Directors (BOD): Mukund Shayi, James Fraser, and Mark Broses.
Mukund Shayi - Internal Board Member
Mukund Shayi will serve as our third internal director. Mukund is currently BB&E's Vice President of Operations, where he oversees all projects for BB&E’s Air Force portfolio and provides strategic leadership for our Federal Professional Services work. Mukund's role is crucial in ensuring exemplary client service and executing marketing and business development strategies for the Federal Sector. His leadership and vision will greatly contribute to BB&E’s continued success.
James Fraser - External Board Member
James Fraser, a University of Colorado MBA graduate, joins our Board with 14 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. In his previous role, he oversaw all facets of accounting and finance and served as an ESOP Plan Administrator and Trustee, fostering a culture of employee ownership through education and engagement. James's deep understanding of financial management and employee ownership will be instrumental in guiding BB&E’s strategic initiatives.
Mark Broses - External Board Member
Mark Broses, a University of Michigan Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate, brings a wealth of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Growth Strategy, and Risk Management. As a former Vice President of Operations, Sales, and Employee Engagement, he successfully managed $30M in annual revenue and led a team of 130 staff across eleven offices. In his role as VP of Strategic Initiatives, Mark contributed significantly to the Growth Team's efforts in mergers and acquisitions and supported the Environmental, Social, and Governance Teams. Mark’s board experience includes serving on various committees and as Chairman of the Board for the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce in 2021. His strategic insights and operational expertise will greatly benefit BB&E.
