New Contract Awarded: USACE Louisville District Professional Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The SpecPro–BB&E Joint Venture (JV) has been awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide professional services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District. This contract supports a wide range of military programs and Regional Support Commands (RSCs) across the United States and Puerto Rico. Under this award, the JV will deliver integrated services in program and project management, master planning, real estate planning, modular design, environmental management, building information modeling (BIM), quality assurance, facility and construction planning, and database management.

This award reinforces our ongoing commitment to providing technical excellence and responsive solutions for the USACE mission. Our professional services will help ensure the long-term readiness, sustainability, and modernization of Army Reserve infrastructure across diverse geographic regions and program areas.
