BB&E is pleased to continue supporting the United States Air Forces in Europe and Africa (U-A), Detachment 4 Civil Engineering Division through our teaming partner Decypher under the USAFE A&AS V contract. BB&E personnel at Ramstein AB, Germany, will support Det 4/CE Design and Construction (D&C) Branches by providing centralized facility Design and Construction (D&C) support for Military Construction, Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), and Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC) projects throughout the U-A theatre. Our experienced team is committed to delivering innovative solutions and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
