BB&E team members and Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) senior leaders participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Pacific Air Forces Watch Center (PAFWC) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, on January 19, 2023. The renovation is part of the multi-phase $221M repair program that began in 2009 to upgrade the headquarters (HQ) building, which BB&E proudly supports.
