New Contract Awarded: Construction Management Services for USACE Honolulu District
BB&E is proud to announce the award of a five-year contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District to provide construction management services supporting military and federal infrastructure projects throughout the District's Area of Responsibility.
This multi-award contract will deliver comprehensive construction management services throughout all phases of project delivery, including pre-construction support, construction administration, quality assurance, schedule analysis, project controls, and construction oversight.
Serving Hawaii and the broader Pacific region, the USACE Honolulu District delivers engineering and construction solutions that support critical Department of Defense and federal infrastructure. Many of these projects are located in remote environments where careful planning, technical expertise, and effective coordination are essential to successful execution.
The scope of work includes construction administration, Resident Management System (RMS) support, quality assurance activities, construction schedule analysis, technical submittal review, and coordination throughout construction to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with USACE requirements. The contract also leverages BB&E's specialized experience supporting complex projects, including airfield pavement construction, military medical facilities, and construction management in remote Pacific environments.
