BB&E is providing a full range of services and deliverables to help the Air Force achieve and maintain compliance with air emissions, water quality, wastewater discharges, hazardous waste generation, natural and cultural resource management, compliance enforcement, environmental training, and NEPA programs at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. We collect, analyze, and synthesize environmental data for various program areas; assist with Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE); and provide technical and regulatory expertise and consultation for Air Force environmental compliance programs to fully support AFCEC’s mission.
