The SpecPro-BB&E Joint Venture (the JV), which is comprised of SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) and BB&E, Inc. (BB&E), was contracted through the DOJ to support the Army Reserve 9th Mission Support Command (MSC), Theater Support Group (TSG), Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Environmental Division in updating various Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) for 9th MSC Facilities within their area of responsibility, which includes locations in Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Japan, Saipan, South Korea, and Washington. The JV prepared the following EMPs: Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plans (ICRMP); Integrated Solid Waste Management Plans (ISWMP); and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plans (SPCCP).
