BB&E provides support for the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act/Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (RCRA/CERCLA) process, including the RCRA Facility Investigation/Remedial Investigation report, Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) report for a Non-Time Critical Removal Action (NTCRA), Human Health Risk Assessment (HHRA), ERA, Conceptual Site Groundwater Model, and Removal Action Work Plans. We assist the DOI in project planning, review of cleanup strategies, evaluating data quality objectives, attending strategy and technical review meetings, maintaining the Administrative Records (AR), and providing support for community involvement meetings. In addition to these services, BB&E provides construction oversight of the implementation of the Phase I Design of the groundwater remediation system, which includes verification that construction activities are performed according to the approved work plan.
