Project overview

BB&E provides comprehensive Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support for the Pacific Air Forces Chief of Staff Facilities (PACAF/CSF) (formerly the Building Repair PMO) that was established to spearhead the repair of HQ PACAF Building 1102 (B1102). Our personnel provide comprehensive support for planning and programming project phases, as well as the execution of design, construction, communication, furniture, audiovisual/ teleconference,  and unit move contracts. Our team participates in discussions regarding the existing infrastructure in B1102 and the PACAF Campus, as well as the design and construction of the modifications associated with the repair projects to include architectural, life safety, electrical, mechanical and communications upgrades. BB&E utilizes data (including CAD) and programs to assist in logistical support, document preparation, financial management, tracking, reporting, and data analysis. The team coordinates the repair efforts with the using organizations working in and supporting the mission critical areas, ensuring no loss of mission capability during construction.
